At Revive Community Services (RCS) we understand that each person is unique hence are his or her talents, abilities and goals, so we will find you the right support worker best suited to help you achieve your goals. By providing just the right amount of assistance, a person with a disability is enabled to successfully engage in meaningful activities and social relationships. RCS can assist you to achieve your social and community participation goals individually and you can also choose to join one or more of our small group social activities.
RCS ensures that all participants enjoy their involvement and participation in the Community activities. When there is a change of mind or interests RCS reviews it with the participant on a regular basis to see what works for them and what does not. Participants have the full choice and control to choose their activities of interests and social groups they wish to engage and RCS develops a plan for these activities in collaboration with the participants, ensuring them with best suitable support.
We work with individuals, families and carers, at home and in the community, through group support, mutual support and self-help, personalized support and family and carer support, to provide tailored and holistic programs to enable them to lead functional and fulfilling lives.
